Negative Reviews

Lack of staff at the bar.

Guests complained about having to wait longer than expected to receive their drinks at the bar. Many found that the bar was not manned during early evening and guests had to go searching for the bar staff.

Rooms could be cleaner.

The overall cleanliness of the rooms was said to be rather poor with quite a few guests complaining that they found cobwebs and soiled upholstery in their suites. Bathrooms were also said to be far from spotless with mould and dirty floors.

Sombre atmosphere.

The bar and restaurant were said to be lacking in atmosphere as there was no background music and the guests felt uncomfortable and self-conscious. The ambiance was described as quite clinical and dull.
