Positive Reviews

The Location Helps

The facility location is lovely. It's near the beach, ferries port, Santa Catalina park, shops, restaurants, and much more. You will certainly find plenty to do.

Well, At Least

The apartments are reasonably clean, the utensils work, the beds are fairly comfy, it's not luxurious but at least you have a place to rest your head after your days out.

It's Cheap

If you are looking for a cheap place to lay your head for a couple of days, this place is it.

Negative Reviews

International Limitation And The Stone Age

The staff does not speak English. Though it's not a prerequisite, you would expect some English from people working in the hospitality business. The front desk uses an ancient system, which means no computers are used for keeping track of visitors and other necessities, everything is done on paper. It takes ages to check-in.

Poor Management/Unimpressed

The person at reception appeared to have no interested in visitors and could care less. The management could use a lot of improvement. Rooms could use some maintenance and soundproofing is poor. You may experience loud noise from other visitors who seem to have no consideration for others staying at the hotel. Another thing, the toilet is too close to the shower making it nearly impossible to use it! There's no microwave, kettle, so how is it self-catering?

No Hook-Up In the Room

The Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby of the facility. This is a real disadvantage if you want to relax in your pyjamas in your accommodations, but have to run downstairs instead just to check your email!
