Positive Reviews

Above average for comfort.

Rooms provided a welcome space to relax and unwind. Guests were particularly impressed with the ultra comfortable beds and great water pressure. The spa bath also delivered, with many commenting that it was a great extra touch.

Excellent location.

Guests felt that the location couldn't have been better. They were in close proximity to a supermarket and within an easy walk of the main shopping area. The foot bridge to the ocean was also nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants. And even the most discerning of guests would have a hard time not loving the easy access to the lakefront.

Staff there to help out.

It was clear to guests that staff put an emphasis on customer service, and many felt that they were treated like valued customers. The friendly vibe of the hotel really went a long way in making a favourable impression on guests.

Negative Reviews

Wi-Fi a real drag.

Limited Wi-Fi put a damper on the experience for guests. Undependable at the best of times, many were inconvenienced by the lack of Internet.

A few complaints.

Guests had an assortment of minor complaints, which included the absence of a lift, as well as limited items in the kitchen. Inadequate glassware and a stingy amount of things like condiments and coffee annoyed some guests, while others expressed their dislike of the uncovered parking.

Potential for plumbing noise.

If you'd rather not hear the sounds of faucets running and toilets flushing, this might not be your top pick. A number of guests complained about these unwelcome noises.
