Lungomare Rooms & Charme are located in an elegant historical building site in La Spezia town centre a few meters from the seafront promenade from where is possible to reach, by boat, all the most beautiful locations: Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici.
The Central Station is only a 15 minute walk.
The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom that can accommodate 2 adults or 3 with the addition of a third bed (extra fee).
For children under 5 years old we provide a cot free of charge.
