Negative Reviews

Adjoining rooms means no privacy

The noise levels coming from adjoining rooms is unacceptable In this case it is not the fault of the guests in the other rooms, but rather an issue the hotel should looking into, as it could be the walls that are too thin or need soundproofing.

Dining dilemmas

The breakfast is disappointing as there is not a wide variety to choose from The meals are quite expensive – room service included. The quality and quantity of the meals is also disappointing considering the prices.

Spa Facilities are closed

Many guests were disappointed to find the spa and a host of facilities such as the swimming pool and sauna were out of use, due to heating problems.
