If customer service is important to you, you will most likely be treated and greeted with a warm and welcoming attitude and kindness here. It has also been mentioned that staff members are very professional.

Great rooms with good views.

If having a comfortable room is important to you, you will also be happy to know that there were a number of positive comments about rooms being modern and warm and many of them having fantastic views of the harbour and pier.

Breakfast may be hit or miss.

Though the restaurant and bar food mostly received positive reviews, breakfast was just ok for some guests.

A long walk to reception.

If you have a lot of luggage, you might want to be prepared. It was mentioned that having the car park on one end of the building and the reception desk on the other was inconvenient for some guests, especially those people who had to carry heavy luggage.

Restaurant service may be a bit slow at times.

There were a few remarks about staff service in the restaurant sometimes being a little too slow and laid-back, even though the staff members were friendly.
