Positive Reviews

Traditional comfort with views.

Guests at The Lodore Falls have experienced a pleasant stay in a traditional setting, with foyer fires, a nice lounge and bar and the large, comfortable rooms going down nicely with the lake and mountain views.

Lakes District walks, easy to get around.

You will find the hotel puts you close to walks on Lake Derwentwater, and up to the Lodore Falls themselves, while many also found it to be a great base for exploring the Lakes District, with good public transport making it easy to get around.

Top quality nosh.

Both the restaurant’s evening fare and the breakfasts have been judged to be of great quality by guests.
