Positive Reviews

Spacious, comfortable rooms

Guests find the suites at this resort to be exactly as promised, with ample space for groups to be comfortable, tasteful modern decor and quality fittings. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow guests to savour the ocean views, while the private sun decks attached to each suite provide a relaxing place for guests to enjoy the weather and vista.

Friendly, active staff

The service at this hotel is friendly and welcoming, and guests commend the effort of staff in ensuring they enjoy every aspect of their stay. The activities staff in particular provide excellent service, guiding guests in planning what to do around the island on a daily basis.

Convenient services

The resort is largely self-contained, but it seems guests are well catered for with everything they might need on site. The restaurant receives positive comments, activities such as snorkelling and kayaking are popular, and the sun decks offer a peaceful, private place to relax.

Negative Reviews

Limited range of food

While the quality of food served at the on-site restaurant is high, guests find the menu to be somewhat limited – particularly when staying for several days. There are few other choices within the immediate vicinity, and those who prefer to dine outside the hotel must travel some distance to reach additional dining options.

Snorkelling a disappointment

Some guests find snorkelling in the area around the resort to be a little disappointing, and recommend travelling to other areas such as Turtle Beach for the best reefs in the area. The beach close by the hotel is also rather rocky.

Stairs and multi-levels

Guests warn that the resort’s layout means this is not an ideal choice for those with mobility difficulties, as there are stairs and multiple levels around the accommodation.
