Positive Reviews

Clean and spacious rooms.

Rooms are welcoming and spacious – comfortably decorated and featuring warm paint tones. Depending on the group size you are travelling with, there are various floor plans to fit any needs – bathrooms are large and there is plenty of square footage in each guest room.

Food choices are good.

If you like to stay in hotels with onsite dining, this hotel is a good option. It features a Mediterranean restaurant and cafeteria – the breakfast buffet is affordable and comes with many quality selections. Provided dining makes it easy if you just want to check in to the resort and stay during a holiday.

Quality amenities available.

No matter what you want to do – whether you want to get a workout in at the fitness centre or you want to lounge by the pool or get a spa treatment, there’s plenty to stay occupied. Venture off the hotel property and visit the surrounding neighbourhoods or stroll around any number of the city centre’s museums and shops.

Negative Reviews

Wi-Fi connection spotty.

If you’re visiting the hotel on business, the spotty Wi-Fi reception could be a bit bothersome. Management is aware of the issue and working to get a new connection – be sure to speak with hotel staff if you’re having any issues as they might be willing to reboot the server to improve Internet speed.

Potentially busy.

The affordability and destination of the hotel, combined with the amenities and cleanliness make it a popular venue for a range of visitors. During peak travel seasons, the hotel might be busier than usual with a number of events and weddings. Speak to hotel staff about your visit to determine whether it’s a peak travel time.

Some room locations noisy.

Depending on the location of the room, some noise can be expected – especially if you’re overlooking any communal areas, such as the pool.
