Positive Reviews

Beautiful Inside and Out.

A number of people commented that not only is the area around the hotel lovely, so is the inn itself. From the hills outside to the architecture of the home, guests genuinely seem to love the location’s aesthetics.

Off the Beaten Path But Still Close.

One of the features guests seem to enjoy is the location. While it's not in the heart of town, it's only a short 10 minute trip to Inverness. So for people who want to be near nature, yet not completely isolated, this B&B is ideal.

Great Hotel for the Money.

When guests consider the condition of the B&B, the views around the hotel, the tasty breakfast and its location to Inverness, most people thought they found a real bargain.

Negative Reviews

Not Quite Four-Stars.

While most visitors did enjoy their stay here, a number of them commented that it didn't feel like a four or five-star bed-and-breakfast. They mention it was more like three-stars. So although most guests didn't have a horrible time here, they didn't feel it had all the amenities you would expect at a four-star resort.

Customer Service Might Be Lacking.

Although most people didn't have an issue with staff, some visitors claim the customer service was lacking. They cite issues like botched reservations and unfriendly welcomes as issues. However, most guests had a pleasant stay and complemented the staff for being present but not overly pushy.

Could Use a Touch of Maintenance.

Minor maintenance issues with the room and B&B grounds were mentioned by some visitors. Overall though, many people didn't have an issue with the property when it came to the functionality of the amenities.
