While the rooms are clean, guests find them a bit dated and out of style. Many visitors think the property is due for a minor makeover at a minimum.

Poor snorkellimg

Hurghada is well-known as on of the word's best snorkelling sites. Guests here, however, are disappointed to report that the snorkelling immediately in front of the resort is rather poor. They discovered they had to travel a bit to get to the the really good reefs.

Distant from the city

Guests looking to be close to the Hurghada city centre find the resort a bit too far from it. The drive to downtown from the hotel is said to be a long and tedious one.
