Negative Reviews

Unclean bathrooms; low shower pressure

Many guests say that the bathrooms are dreary, unclean and have cobwebs in every corner. Guests found mould in the bath and the shower had no control knobs and water was barely warm. The shower pressure is limited to a drizzle. There is only one light in the bathroom and the towel rail was hanging off the wall.

Uncomfortable sleep

Some guests say that they find the rooms very cold on arrival but it gets heated up quickly. The blankets have stains on them, bed mattresses are in a very poor condition and the pillows are too flat. Many guests say they are unable to sleep well as a consequence.

Wi-Fi slow; no double glazing

The Wi-Fi speed is poor and guests say they cannot get any heavy online work done. Some guests staying in rooms with a willow tree outside say that it was noisy on windy nights as there is no double glazing.
