Spa on the small side.

Poor soundproofing.

The walls have been described as being quite thin as some guests objected to being able to hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms whilst others mentioned that they were disturbed by creaking floor boards and footsteps from the suites above them.

Tidiness issues.

Some of the communal areas, including the lounge and the dining room were said to be often rather untidy with used plates and cups on the table that have not been cleared by the staff.
