Positive Reviews

Food is delicious, well priced, and memorable.

The menus offer a lot of traditional fare, including vegetarian options, and at great prices and portions. Many ingredients are locally sourced, whether home grown right there or from neighbouring farmers. Offsite dining venues are a bit away, so it's a g

Lovely staff to converse with and get to know.

Even if you're not very talkative, it's nice knowing that the staff are approachable and quite cordial. They genuinely love helping guests with travel itineraries and whatever will make the stay the best. They're a great source for area knowledge and tips

Fantastic base for enjoying the Welsh countryside.

Exploring the Welsh countryside is easy and fun to do when staying at Cymyran. Starting with the spectacular mountain views, and progressing with the scenery as you drive through the region, this is a peaceful base to use for sightseeing.

Negative Reviews

Rooms are worn looking and need freshening up.

The rooms are pretty, yet past their prime, and in need of makeovers. Textures and fixtures are worn, and dust, dirt, and stains are still evident. On occasion, this has been evident upon check-in.
