No Wi-Fi signal

Guests say that the Wi-Fi, although a free amenity at the hotel, absolutely does not connect. They could not access it throughout their stay. Guests say that there is only one TV channel available in the rooms for entertainment.

Bad smell

Many guests say they experience a bad smell permeating in the hotel. They find the smell particularly strong in the corridors leading to the bedrooms and it hits them each time they go to their rooms. Some guests say they experience it while sitting in the bars as well.
