About Charles Cotton

Charles Cotton is a 17th century luxury inn named after the co-author of The Compleat Angler. The dog friendly bed and breakfast is off of Peak District National Park.

The ensuite rooms are located in either the main building or the site of the former stables. They include flatscreen TV, DVD player, coffee/tea, and free Wi-Fi. The suite also has bathrobes.

There is free parking and public Wi-Fi at Charles Cotton. The hotel has wedding and business facilities, and hosts live music weekends. Fishing expeditions with Beresford Fishery, which include a visit to Cotton's “Temple” fishing cottage, as well as personalised fishing trips, are available.
