Positive Reviews

Happy to Help

The apartment agent is reportedly very kind and accommodating to his guests. According to reviews, he offered to help whenever possible and made his guests feel welcome. They added that any questions and requests were readily answered or attended to.

Well-Equipped Accommodation

Overall, guests were quite happy with these apartments. The kitchen was described as large and properly equipped with all the necessities. It even had a laundry machine, which many guests found to be very helpful. Guests also appreciated the added security system and the 24-hour CCTV.

Lively Galway Living

Guests enjoyed having a central location in the middle of the city, in the popular Westend. Travellers describe the local neighbourhood as a popular one, with a variety of bars, restaurants, and nightlife. The choice of excellent dining options right outside the door impressed many guests.

Negative Reviews

Nightlife and Noise

The biggest complaint about these apartments concerned street noise. Because it is situated on a popular street with many bars, the area tends to get busy and rowdy after dark. On the weekends, many travellers complained about the noise lasting into the early morning hours.

Inattentive Housekeeping

Many guests found the cleanliness of the apartments to be sub-par. The furniture, especially, looked a bit worn and dirty, and the flat overall gave off the impression that it wasn’t thoroughly tidied-up.

Not So Family-Friendly?

While no guest ran into any trouble, some were a bit put off by the local area and did not consider it to be family-friendly. In addition to a handful of pubs, guests also noticed a gentleman’s club and an adult shop. More conservative guests thought that others should take this fact into consideration before booking.
