The National Museum of Flight charts the history of flight from the Wright Brothers through to Concorde. It is open daily from 10am until 5pm and admission costs £8.50 for adults and £6.50 for concessions Children under 12 are free. Many of the exhibits are housed in hangers which make it an all weather attraction. In July each year there is an air show which includes a range of aerial displays. The Ticket price for this includes admission to the museum. The Aviator cafe provides a range of hot and cold snacks and the museum also has a shop. Disabled facilities are available with ramps in the hangers and specially adapted toilets.
