Mary Rose Ship Hall and Museum (Portsmouth, United Kingdom)

The Mary Rose was part of the fleet of King Henry VIII and sank in 1545. Raised in 1982, the hull is on display in the Mary Rose Museum along with a collection of thousands of artefacts which include medals, coins, period clothing and accoutrements as well as weaponry. Facilities for disabled patrons are provided and there are guided tours, a souvenir shop and parking facilities. There are also educational facilities, an auditorium and venues for private events. Opening hours are from 10h00 to 18h00 (April-October) and 10h00 to 17h30 (November - March) daily, with last ticket sales 90 minutes before closure.
