Manchester Museum has four floors of displays and exhibitions in fifteen galleries featuring collections from all over the world. There are galleries of Egyptology and the world of nature with features on mammals, birds and live animals. There is also a gallery with ethology collections from South America and collections of fossils and minerals. Groups bookings can be arranged by telephone. Admission to all of the Museum is FREE. We may charge for some temporary exhibitions The museum is open on Mondays, Sundays and Bank Holidays from 11am till 4 pm and from Tuesday to Saturday at 10 am till 5 pm but is closed on Good Friday.
