Frinton on Sea Beach is located south of Walton-on-the-Naze in a small seaside resort with the same name. The award winning beach is 1.6 km long and consists mainly of fine sand and some pebbles. It is lined with hundreds of colourful beach huts that are situated along its promenade and a large greenswards behind it. The gently shelving beach is suitable for a visit with children and there are several access points for pushchairs. There are several public toilets in easy walking distance and refreshments are also available close by. Free parking can be found in the streets along and close to the beach, but as this is a very popular destination during the summer time it is recommended to arrive early.
