Taxis are also plentiful in the city, and guests note the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and many other attractions are within a short drive. Corporate travellers describe the location on Sheikh Zayed Road as "excellent", being near the DIFC and the business district.

Most guests are welcomed warmly and describe the staff as friendly, helpful, and professional. The Super Breakfast Buffet generally lives up to its name, with most guests praising the impressive variety of hot and cold options. The Lebanese, Indian, and Italian restaurants on site have also received many compliments.

Most guests find the rooms to be sparkling clean and airy, with comfortable, modern furnishings. Many guests enjoyed the impressive view of the city from their rooms, or else headed up to the Club Lounge on the 42nd floor for the impressive vista it offers.
