Couldn't Be Any Nicer
A pleasant considerate staff is what you will find at this resort hotel. They are always on hand to help with issues and everyone from the reception to housekeeping provides top service. The staff seem to handle the stress in a cordial manner as they try to cater to numerous international visitors.
positive:
Drinks Are Not Too Heavy
Cocktails are decent and thirst quenching. This may be because the drinks are not too strong and the alcohol does not dehydrate you so quickly.

Interesting Things To Do
The resort hotel is in a good locale. You are a short walk away from Naama Bay, and if you have time, take a trip to Ras Mohammad national park, Coloured Canyon where you will find distinctive rock formations, and Tiran Island, which is known as a subaquatic paradise.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Food Is Hit-And-Miss
The food may be questionable depending on your preferences and tastes. It seems that breakfast is the most disfavoured. However, you shouldn't be put-off by “bird tongue soup” as it's not actual birds tongues but a pasta dish! Some may feel the dishes are too local and should provide more varied choices.
negative:
Kind Of A Ghost Town
You may find the area a ghost town and not as robust as you thought it would be. This may boil down to annoyance from the local populace.
negative:
Recurring Issues
There could be recurring issues with the air conditioning going off and the Wi-Fi is extremely weak. It only works properly if you are close to the reception area. In addition, there may be problems when it comes time to shower as the water can quickly go back and forth between extreme temperatures.
