Sentido Fido Tucan - Beach Hotel (Cala d´Or, Spain)

Guests commented that they really enjoyed the warm staff here. Some commented that they were second to none. It didn't matter if it was reception, housekeeping, the restaurant staff or bar staff. Everyone did a wonderful job of making visitors feel welcomed.

Guests commented that the pool area is large with atmospheric music. There are also plenty of sun beds that are available throughout the day. That means there's not a lot of fighting for a spot in the sun, like some resorts.

A number of guests, and even critics, mentioned that the room was serviced on a daily basis by housekeeping and the hotel managed to maintain a level of cleanliness that they expected, even in common areas such as the lobby, pool, etc.

Guests commented that food could be a disappointment. They cited reasons like flavour and limited choice. Some mentioned that vegetarians might not find much to enjoy. While some people did enjoy the food, a number of comments ranged from adequate to inedible.

A few guests remarked that common areas like the lobby and dining areas looked to be remodelled. Other locations like the public bathrooms, hallways and guestrooms have not. Because of this, some guests they felt the areas in question look dated and not a four-star quality.

Guests commented that if you don't make it to the bar by the cut-off period you lose your all-inclusive privilege for drinks. At that time, drinks are then charged to your account, so some guests found this practice to be an annoyance.
