The location of this hotel at new premises on the eastern end of Southend promenade was a hit with guests as it put them right by the sea for beaches, bars and seafront attractions. Guests also liked the way it was just a gentle stroll from the town centre packed with dining options and shopping. Public transport links were reportedly good with bus stops nearby and easy access to the railway station offering regular services towards London.
