Nothing is too much for the attentive staff at this hotel. The employees truly deliver and go above and beyond to provide you with the five-star experience you'd expect. They go above and beyond to provide little details, such as rose petals and candles for guests celebrating romantic occasions.

Depending on the time of year when you choose to visit, you may find that the pool temperature is not as high as you'd expect. While this is natural for cooler times of year, some guests found it disappointing that they couldn't jump right all the time.

This is in fact a five-star hotel, so be prepared for a five-star price tag - especially when it comes to the drinks. While the quality of the drinks certainly won't disappoint, you should prepare to spend some money if you intend to lounge about with poolside drinks for most of your stay.

Guests have found that in addition to being uncomfortable, the entire set-up of most of the mattresses is rather odd. For doubles, guests have noticed that two twin mattresses are set up together. This can create a pretty uncomfortable night.
