Kings Arms Hotel (Sandwich, United Kingdom)

The meals served in the restaurant are top notch with plenty of items to choose from. They are quite filling too, and you'll be hard pressed to finish all that is on your plate. It's quite reasonably priced as well with nothing that seems overpriced.

The staff go out of their way to be as friendly as possible at this place, and many of the guests have said that this is why they return to the hotel. The service is fantastic with many of the staff trying their best to remember the names of all the guests.

You can walk anywhere in Sandwich from this hotel. It's a quaint little town, but it's not often that you can get anywhere in the area without the use of a car. Perfect for a walking visit of this lovely town.

The beds are a little old and so can be uncomfortable for some guests. They feel that the mattresses could be replaced as it seems that some of the springs have seen better days. It's not terrible but light sleepers may not be too happy about it.

The rooms look like they were last decorated in the eighties. It's not that they are in poor repair, it's that the style is so old fashioned. They are fine for a night or two but certainly lack any sense of style.

The bathrooms are quite tiny at this hotel and although they are well maintained they still smell a little damp. If you are larger than average, then you may not feel too comfortable about having a shower in there.
