If you need a basic spot to sleep in Salzburg, this is your place. It's close to downtown, walking distance to the sights and the parking is plentiful. Delicious selection on the breakfast buffet and there's always plenty of good quality coffee kept piping hot. Reception is open 24/7 as well as the bar/snack shop - very handy for a city that closes down early most nights.

These are average rooms with all the expected basics. Bathrooms are modern and the shower gel provided is pleasantly scented. But, there's nothing extra - and do note: there are no mini-fridges.

The staff are all very warm and welcoming here, so don't hesitate to stop by the desk if you should need anything at all.

Depending upon your needs, these rooms may be too small. Okay for one night or a very brief stay. Furniture is stuffed into the space and it creates a remarkably cramped environment. If you're travelling with a large group, ask to see the difference between the family-sized units before booking.

The room is a little expensive for being as basic as it is. The food available is average but not worth the rates charged. Parking fees are high considering there are comparable rates elsewhere within a short walk.

Don't plan on finding this place easily - especially after dark. GPS sends you to the wrong address and signage to the entrance is horribly insufficient. Try to arrive during the daylight hours if you can.
