Positive Reviews
positive:
A once in a financial lifetime experience.
Unless you are particularly well heeled, this is an experience to savor for a long time to come. The fabulous pools, beaches, river and facilities are all things to pile on to the overdraft ... and count the cost later.Nothing is for nothing here, but they've hidden the coast of sun loungers and things like that, in the tariff ... so, at least you think it's free!
positive:
Super staff.
They are all so friendly, helpful and polite. They really help to make this the holiday of a lifetime.
positive:
Waving, not drowning.
The sea is very safe and perfect for swimming. The beach itself is very inviting. Take advantage of it before nature takes its course ... every day, regular as clockwork!

Rename the beach resort: Costa Packet!
If you're looking to save a small fortune here, you'll need to bring a large one with you. Watch it! Meals, drinks and all those little extras - have a massive surcharge attached.
negative:
The 'ohana' falls a bit flat.
Once you've been bombarded by the ohana/welcome routine, it's back down to earth! For these prices, you don't expect the ceiling fan to squeak incessantly - or at all! All you can see from the room is palm trees; there is no view!
negative:
Undercurrents of concern.
Fancy an afternoon on the beach? Sorry! The tide is in and the beach has all but disappeared.
