Hotel Villas Monte Solana (Morro Jable, Spain)

Villas were designed after keeping all the comfort factors in mind. There are two big bedrooms at different levels, two attached bathrooms, living room with a kitchen and entrance to a big terrace. They even have a built-in wardrobe. Sliding patio doors lead to a massive sun bathing area with two sun loungers. Guests loved taking a stroll in the lovely white sandy beach opposite the villas. Kitchen had been provided with all the necessary cookware which enabled the guests to cook comfortably.

Guests had a rejuvenating experience after using the spa, sauna, hydro massage shower and the Turkish bath or Hammams. Snorkeling, wind surfing and golf are some of the other activities available. The fishing village of Morro del Jable is close by where guests can experience the local set up.

Hotel staff was very professional and welcoming. They were very forthcoming when it came to sorting out any concern. They were so committed that even if the reception was closed, guests could ring them up and they would be in the villas to help out. Guests were marveled to see the levels of cleanliness in the villas and pool.

Many guests felt that the villas should have air conditioners as fans were not sufficient to keep the rooms cool, especially in summer.

Wi-Fi connection here was very unreliable as it kept disconnecting time and again leading to inconvenience.

Few guests felt that the beds were hard and would have preferred soft beds. Apart from these few niggles, most of the guests enjoyed their stay at the villas.
