The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is also a lot of space for storage, which made them ideal for long stays. In addition, according to guests, there was also hot water all the time, and clean & fragrant towels were given each day.

Alex Beach Hotel & Bungalows' pool area was big enough for the guests to have fun even during peak seasons. There were also slides, which the children enjoyed a lot. The shallow parts of the pool made it safe for the kids. In addition, you can also have some great time under the sun at the majestic beach.

The animation team was diligent and showed enough passion in putting up shows for guests of any ages. The performers were great, and the shows were heartwarming and sometimes funny. In fact, some guests don't want to leave the property mainly due to the fantastic entertainment.

The hotel is located along a busy road, where the traffic sometimes disturbed the light sleepers. Thus, you are advised to choose a room on the upper floors. Wearing earplugs and closing the windows could also help in minimising the noise.

Some guests noted that there were a few employees who did not smile, while others seemed uninterested in serving them. However, they still did their work diligently.

A few guests said that the restaurant's menu has few choices. Moreover, the food served during breakfast was repetitive, which made the guests comment that they were bored. However, there are many eating spots near the hotel if you want variety.
