Although reviews indicate that you shouldn't necessarily expect anything fancy from the guest rooms at this hotel, most people found they were clean and comfortable if a little basic. The beds are often described as offering a decent night's sleep and there are very few problems with the Wi-Fi.

A car will come in handy while staying here, but with that in place, you should have no problem exploring the area. Although a long drive is required to reach the likes of Edinburgh or the Highlands, you'll find yourself within about ten miles of other attractions and destinations.
