About The Nags Head
The 4-star, award-winning George and Dragon offers just 4 double en-suite rooms set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Just off the A11 and in between Thetford and Norwich, the family-run hotel is a good base for nature-lovers who want to hike the nearby Thetford National Park and close to the Snetterton Race Track. Every room features a king-sized bed, TV and coffee and tea-making facilities. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in both the private rooms and public spaces. Guests also have the option of free on-site parking. A restaurant as well as on-site bar and lounge are open 7 days a week. The hotel also has a separate “Dragon Café,” which serves delicacies throughout the day along with special coffees and gourmet teas. The hotel is just 5 miles to the Banham Zoo and 8 to Bressingham Steam and Gardens.
