One major gripe from holidaymakers is that fellow guests get up at the crack of dawn to reserve sunbeds and then don’t use them for the majority of the day. Here the staff will remove towels from sunbeds if they are on for too long which is a refreshing change so there are always beds available to use.
The marina is only ten to 15-minutes away and there are many restaurants there offering a variety of different cuisines if you wish to eat out rather than at the hotel. Also nearby is Zoomarine which is around 30-minutes’ drive away and where you can see fabulous dolphin shows.
The staff are always happy and smiling and always doing that little bit extra to ensure that you are having a good holiday. Reception staff will draw maps to direct you to local places of interest and shops and restaurant staff have even surprised guests with cocktails. It’s little touches like this that impress you.
The pool area is not very lively and the restaurant is lacking in ambience so some guests are put off from eating there. It has been suggested that a bit of background music might improve things.
A shop would be a good addition as presently there is one around 15-minutes away which is not too bad, but having to carry back shopping in the heat can be quite difficult.
The breakfast offered is a continental selection which is nice, but after a week this becomes rather boring as it is the exact same thing day after day.
