Hotel Palais Winterfeldt (Berlin, Germany)

The staff members in reception were found to be nice people who helped guests with their requests. They helped with the printing of papers and also gave information of the area. The key cards were thought to be a nice manner to enter since it gave them the freedom to come in and out.

Many guests thought the apartments were of good quality given the areas were mostly clean and there was plenty of space for luggage and things. The apartments felt like a home away from home for many guests.

The apartments are said to have a nice location by many guests given it is walking distance from many U-bahn stations, next to a grocery store and various restaurants and bars. Most of the amenities and locations you would need for a trip or stay were close by.

The Wi-Fi connection was found to be slow and unreliable for some guests who were not able to have a quick and reliable Internet. They thought the signal was not very strong and they were not able to do simple tasks like watch a video.

Some guests were disrupted at night by noises from other guests who would have parties or talk loudly until the early hours of the morning. There was not much sound insulation in between apartments.

Some guests mentioned the lift was not working at all throughout their stay, and even if they complained to reception the lift was not repaired. This was not good for guests who needed the lift to get to their rooms.
