Guests were very impressed with the strong Wi-Fi at this hotel as most of Greece struggles with poor connectivity. You have free access to the Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, your room included, and the connection is constant.

It is clear that the cleaning staff take great pride in their hard work. Guests have reported that their rooms were spotless upon arrival and regularly cleaned to a high standard.

The general hospitality and customer service could be better at this hotel. Guests have reported that they found the staff to be unapproachable, sometimes rude and often not willing to help them with their needs or requests.

Although most guests enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, many felt the area was unsafe. Some of the buildings around the hotel are derelict and covered in graffiti, there are drug dealers hanging around and so walking at night can be a little dangerous.

Reviewers have indicated that they were given a room which was not what they had booked. Guests feel that the website photos do not reflect the actual rooms accurately as they were given rooms which looked nothing like the website photos.
