A beautiful building.

The hotel’s architecture has been compared to like that of a cruise ship by some guests. With the location next to the sea they felt like they were actually on a cruise ship.

Staff throughout the whole hotel were complimented by previous guests. The staff on reception, the cleaners, and the bar and restaurant staff were given praise for their high standards of customer service.

The excellent location of the hotel was mentioned by many. The hotel is next to the beach and is in within easy walking distance of Na’ama Bay. Divers were also impressed with the hotel’s location directly next to the jetty.

Some guests mentioned having issues with the air conditioning including being noisy and not functioning properly, but when the issued were reported the maintenance staff were quick to respond and deal with the issue.
