Hotel Gala (Playa de las Américas, Spain)

Most previous guests of Iti Gala report that the staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. Many have commented that they can’t do enough to help and are particularly hardworking and conscientious.

Iti Gala is situated close to the beach, and previous guests loved this aspect of their stay at the hotel. It’s also surrounded by a whole range of bars and restaurants, as well as a number of attractions worth visiting.

Guests report that the rooms at Iti Gala are clean, bright and spacious. Guests also commented that the buffet food at this hotel is very good, with lots of options available.

Unless booking a certain superior room where entrance to the spa is included, guests must pay extra to use the hotel’s spa, including the indoor pool. Some found this a little disappointing.

Some guests have commented that, depending on which room they stayed in, the hotel can be a little noisy. It is close to a few lively bars and restaurants so noise can travel.

A number of guests report that they had problems connecting to the Internet during their stay at Iti Gala. Some say it was slow and unreliable, while others say they were frustrated that they couldn’t connect to it at all within certain parts of the hotel.
