Despite this being a considerably large resort, guests were very pleased to report that this complex was calm and quiet. This peaceful ambience was impressive, with many commenting positively on the overall atmosphere.

From the reception team down to the gardeners, the staff here work hard. Their hustle didn't go unnoticed by guests, many of whom went out of their way to mention certain members of staff by name in their comments. While this complex is certainly not without its faults, the staff do the best they can to rectify issues or at the very least, to acknowledge them promptly.

This hotel's seaside location guaranteed good access to the nearby beach and also featured a couple of pools. In addition to this, visitors were pleased to find that they were granted full use of the facilities at this resort's sister property, located adjacent this complex.

Housekeeping was a consistent issue here. It's not that rooms weren't cleaned; rather, the quality of the cleaning wasn't quite as thorough as many would have liked. Unfortunately, some guests reported that they undertook their own housekeeping duties in order to bring their rooms up to scratch.

The building isn't particularly modern and many guests commented that it does need a bit of TLC. The bathrooms, visitors noted, are in particular need of attention.

Finally, some found the food options at the main restaurant to be repetitive. However, others were more annoyed at what they perceived to be the high cost of branded spirits here.
