Hotel CM Mallorca Palace - Only Adults (Sa Coma, Spain)

Staff at Sentido Mallorca Palace are extremely friendly, accommodating and attentive, ensuring that guests are entering a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which they will feel at home. All staff, from those working on the reception desk, to those working at the bar are engaging and personable and dedicated to making guests’ stays enjoyable.

The on-site swimming pool is large, expansive and clean, as is the area surrounding the pool which includes a large number of sun loungers and a poolside bar. The gardens the hotel is surrounded by are scenic and well-maintained and the on-site gym should satisfy active guests with its well-equipped facilities.

The buffet-style restaurant that serves all meals offers a wide selection of food that should satisfy all dietary requirements and preferences. Some guests who have specific dietary restrictions, such as being vegetarian or gluten-free, were catered for.

While a large number of guests were very appreciative towards the food provided by the hotel, others found it to be disappointing and bland in taste. While the selection is vast they felt that the quality was lacking.

For the most part, the reviews are very positive however some guests felt the hotel’s billing as ‘five star’ is an exaggeration of the hotel’s quality.
