Even though the staff members are helpful and knowledgeable, you will probably have a tough time finding them. They aren't always readily available, which means you will have to look for them.

As you walk around the hotel and your room, there is a good chance you will be unpleasantly surprised by the lack of cleanliness. The hotel would benefit from a better housekeeping crew.
