Leeway offers a truly awesome aesthetic and ambience, both inside and out. The views are simply stunning, looking out over the sea and towards Scarborough Castle. The hotel itself is a lovely old building with lots of charm and is spotlessly clean as well
The property is well located. It is a ten-minute walk to the town centre, where there are a host of restaurants available with a variety of different cuisines. As well as being right next to North Bay, it's only a short walk to the South side as well.
The breakfasts here are magnificent. There is such a wide selection too, all freshly cooked and beautifully presented. Your tastebuds will be very satisfied.
Some of the guestrooms are rather on the small side. It can feel slightly cramped if you have lots of luggage with you.
If you are on one of the higher floors then get ready to tackle quite a lot of stairs. If you aren't very mobile or have lots of bags with you, perhaps request something lower down.
The road outside can get a little noisy. It's not too intrusive but if you are a particularly light sleeper, it might bother you.
