Uchisar is a the hub for Cappadocia, it has vivid night life, various gift shops, and restaurants there. The main attra for Goreme are Open Air Museum, Rose Valley, Pigeon Valley, and Love Valley, etc. Those attractions are easily reachable by hike, bicycles or scooters. Cappadocia itself is a very big region, there are other famous attractions, like Underground Cities, Ilhara Valley uchisar Castle, Soganli Valley, etc. they are scattered around in different areas, hard to reach by public transportation. The above areas can be reached best by private transportation, like rental cars or rental scooters, or the most popular and the easiest way are daily local tours. Usually the 2 most popular routes are as follows: Green Tour: 9:30am to 6:00 pm ( north of Cappadoccia); all inclusive (entrance fee, English speaking guide, transportation, tips, lunch) approximately 4 kms of walking.
