Negative Reviews

Long waiting time at restaurant

Many guests said that they had to wait for a long time for the food to be served at the table. Even during non-peak hours there was poor service at the restaurant. Some guests said that they had to ask for a particular thing many times, only then it was delivered.

No hot water and repetitive menu

Some guests mentioned that there was no hot water in the bathrooms. They had to call the staff and get it arranged, which was quite a task. Some guests also pointed that the menu at the restaurant was the same for many years.

Difficult parking

Some guests mentioned that parking the car is a big challenge. It's even more difficult to park the car when there are many cars around.
