Southbank Guesthouse

Recently refurbished, Southbank guest house is in the town centre of Elgin city, and a short walk to a pub or restaurant, a good holiday base for golfing, whisky tours, and visiting the stunning scenery of historic Moray, a must visit is Johnston's cashmere shop/factory and Baxters famous soup and jam factory (their pancakes are wonderful), the biblical gardens and the ruins of Elgin Cathedral. Dolphin trips from the pretty bay of Findhorn, where you may see orcas and minky whales as well as the bottle noise dolphins. Southbank will set you up for your day out with a tasty Scottish breakfast. The train station is a short walk situated at the bottom of Academy Street at the end of our road. The beaches are golden, but be warned the water is freezing!
