Positive Reviews

Absolutely amazing staff

The number one theme throughout all the reviews is just how good the staff are here. Guests consistently have a lot of praise for the owners and staff, making a point of saying how good the hospitality is right from checking in time through to being served at breakfast. As a number of guests have said, when you stay at this bed and breakfast you are made to feel like one of the family.

Delicious breakfast

The traditional Irish breakfast served at this bed and breakfast is the subject of rave reviews. While the cooked option goes down a storm, guests are also pleased with the range of continental options on offer too.

Good transport links

Guests say that the bed and breakfast is conveniently located for transport into central Dublin. There is a bus route directly outside the accommodation, while the nearest DART train service station is only minutes away on foot.

Negative Reviews

Poor television signal

Some guests have said that the television signal in some rooms could be stronger. They have also said that the selection of channels on offer is not the best either.

Bathrooms on the cramped side

Though not a massive issue, the en-suite bathrooms are said by some guests to be on the small side. This has left some guests feeling like they are a bit cramped. On the plus side, the rooms in general are said to be a nice size.

Squeaky floorboards

Some guests have suggested that, as can be the case with older buildings, the floorboards are a bit squeaky in places. This can be a bit irritating for guests trying to tiptoe during the night.
