Negative Reviews

A bit of a wait at the bar.

The service at the bar has been described by some of the guests as rather slow and disorganised. Guests objected to waiting longer than expected to get their drinks and the bar can become overcrowded when there are wedding parties held at the hotel.

Too few loungers.

Guests who wanted to sit by the pool were disappointed to find only a handful of loungers which were often taken as the pool is very popular with residents as well as day guests. The pool and surrounding area can get crowded when there are events held at

Some rooms too far from reception.

Rooms located in the new development which also houses the spa centre is separated from the main hotel by the car park. Some guests complained about having to cross the car park in order to get to the dining rooms and the reception area.
