Positive Reviews

A safe, quiet neighbourhood....

Guests widely describe the largely upscale residential neighbourhood surrounding the hotel as very safe and quiet at night. The business district is very close by, and guests often note that there is an upscale shopping centre connected to the La Defense transport hub, which is about a 10-minute walk. From there guests can easily get to the touristy heights of Paris city centre, Versailles, and many other places via the SNCF, Metro, tram, or bus.

Fun for the whole family...

Young families and extended stay guests appreciate the cozy but practical layout of the apartments, particularly the well-equipped kitchenettes. There's also a small neighbourhood park just outside with separate areas for toddlers and older children. Guests also remark on the nice view from the balconies, especially from the side facing the Parc du Millénaire.

Friendly staff and good value...

While many guests find that the staff is very friendly and helpful, some note there are too few of them to cope with the demands, and others yet are disappointed in individual team members who are impolite or uninterested in solving customer satisfaction issues.

Negative Reviews

Housekeeping matters...

Housekeeping services are provided on a weekly basis for extended stay guests, which is too infrequent and/or insufficiently thorough for some, though additional cleaning visits can be purchased seperately.

A big crowd for breakfast...

Some guests find the breakfast area too full and chaotic in the morning, and others have raised concerns about the variety available for the not inexpensive rate.

Too tight for some...

A few guests have been unpleasantly surprised by the size of the apartments, particularly the bathrooms. Other reported irritations include: malfunctioning token machines for the laundry, weak Wi-Fi, and the lack of facilities such as a gym or swimming pool.
