Positive Reviews

You’ll never want to leave

Guests at Royal Garden Villas & Spa find it breathtaking on arrival The lavishly decorated, mature gardens and exotic furnishings are pure escapism, you have your very own plunge-pool and peace and privacy on your own terrace, unlike in the packed resorts.

Breath-taking surrounds

The raised location of the villas means you have a great view out over the Atlantic Ocean, and the inland aspects towards golf courses and the mountains are also fine While beach resort towns are close by, the volcanic landscapes of Teide National Park an hour away are a favourite of guests.

Perfect service

You will find the staff to be attentive to your every need from the moment they greet you with a glass of champagne, and you can feel a very genuine desire to make your stay special.

Food choice splendid

Fresh food, from local seafood to a range of international dishes and wines, is standard at Royal Garden Villas & Spa and the breakfast selection is also tasty and varied If you feel like it, you can also go shopping in La Caleta and cook for yourself.

Negative Reviews

Some apartments close to main road:

Be aware that the single-room villas are close to a main road: Not that this is a particularly busy or noisy one, but a handful of guests were a little disappointed not to be further removed.

Villas out of the way

One of the benefits and drawbacks of this location is that it is out of the way of the tourist crowds, so you will need to have a car if you want to come and go with ease It is, however, still possible to manage with taxis and public transport.

Small niggles being dealt with

Guests have noted the low energy bulbs can be a dim and the hot plates at breakfast not so hot, but management appears to have taken heed and is dealing with these.
