Modern, comfortable and big rooms

All the rooms are comfortable, spacious and well furnished. Perfectly complimented by décor the rooms boast a whole lot host of modern facilities. The bathrooms are deluxe and the showers have quite powerful water pressure. Rooms also have wonderful views of pool and garden areas.

The food at the restaurant is very good

The onsite restaurant offers guests an unforgettable and wonderful dining experience. The meals are delicious, well prepared and presented. And for the ultimate experience, guest can also enjoy the show cooking that is also available. The ever present wait staff is quick to be of service.

Warm and caring hotel staff

Guests are guaranteed a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hosts will do everything possible to you feel comfortable. Many guests were pleased with the staff and found their kindness, peaceful demeanour and speed in handling complaints really impressive.

Negative Reviews

The Wi-Fi signal is patchy and slow

The Wi-Fi signal appears unavailable in most areas. The strength of the signal also varied throughout the hotel. Guests have expressed their irritation by having to go to the lobby in order to access the internet.

No tea and coffee making facilities

Lack of coffee and tea making facilities inside the guestrooms disappointed a number of guests. Most of them felt that those facilities should be included in each room.

No variety in the television channel list

Guests raised their concerns at the lack of diversse TV channels. Most guests thought that the limited selection was unfair as most channels catered to local guests.
